Business Development Mission
The U.S.-Saudi Arabian Business Council (USSABC), in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Center for Trade Development and the American Middle East Institute, organized its third business development mission of Pennsylvania companies to Riyadh and Jeddah on May 12-15, 2012. Business Council Hosts Seminar and Reception at OTC
On May 2, 2012, the U.S.-Saudi Arabian Business Council (USSABC) and the U.S. Commercial Service hosted a Saudi Aramco Procurement seminar at the annual Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) in Houston, TX. Attracting more than 180 attendees, the seminar panel featured The Honorable James Smith, U.S. Ambassador to Saudi Arabia; Mr. Mohammed H. Belushi, Manager of Procurement and Logistics at Aramco Services Company; and Mr. Amer Kayani, Minister Counselor for Commercial Affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh. , Edward Burton, President and Managing Director of the U.S.-Saudi Arabian Business Council (USSABC), spoke on the panel “Trade, Investment, Finance, and the Way Forward: A Conversation on U.S.-GCC Economic Relations,” organized by the National Council on U.S.-Arab Relations.
