Dr. Al Hudaithi is Chairman of the Central Corporation (CECORP). He is also Chairman of Al-Hudaithi Group.

In addition to these roles, Dr. Al Hudaithi is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a variety of companies specializing in manufacturing, trading, contracting, and maintenance. He is Chairman of Merac Arabia Ltd., a market research company with locations in the U.K., Bahrain, Dubai, and Egypt and Chairman of ARAD Investment Company. In addition, he is a Member of the Board of Directors of Riyadh Bank.

Mr. Al Hudaithi is the Former Chairman of the Saudi Advanced Industries Co. Ltd. (SAIC) and the Middle East Propulsion Co. Ltd. He is also the Former Director of Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO), Petromin-General Organization of Petroleum & Mineral Resources, Saudi Hotel & Resort Areas Co. and the Arab National Bank in Riyadh.

He is a Board Member of the Riyadh Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the U.S.-Saudi Arabian Business Council. He is a Board Member of the National Contractors Committee in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where he was the Former Chairman of its Executive Committee.

Mr. Al Hudaithi earned a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounts from the King Saud University in Riyadh and a Diploma from Birmingham University in the U.K. He received a PhD from the American University in London, U.K.
