March 7, 2011 – U.S. company VSD, LLC announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Saudi company Ezz Al Khair Establishment to form a joint venture. Through the joint venture, the two companies will trade products and provide services in Saudi Arabia, focusing on training and simulation products for the oil and gas industry. The companies will also collaborate on e-learning, corporate consulting, engineering, and software engineering.

Virginia-based information technology company VSD also signed a memorandum of understanding with Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University (PMU) in December 2010 for the provision and implementation of training and simulation products and services, the promotion of conferences and speaking engagements, and collaborative projects with the government and private sector.
