January 2, 2011 – U.S. company VSD, LLC has signed a memorandum of understanding with Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University (PMU) that focuses on three major areas: the provision and implementation of training and simulation products and services, promotion of conferences and speaking engagements, and collaborative projects with the government and private sector.

The two organizations will exchange technology, faculty, research data, and training programs for mutual growth in these three areas. PMU specifically aims to develop training at its college of engineering using VSD’s expertise. PMU and VSD also plan to use modern technology to develop a university for the visually impaired.
