Al-Khodari Wins $64 Million Waste Management Contract
| August 28, 2012 – Abdullah A.M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. (Al-Khodari) has been awarded a contract by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs worth $64 million (SR240 million) to provide Jeddah with cleaning and waste collection services for five years. With this contract, Al-Khodari has more than doubled the value of environmental sector contracts it has won this year to $112 million (SR420 million). Similar projects Al-Khodari is currently involved in include the Al-Shumaisi cleaning project in Riyadh and waste collection in the Eastern Province. Al-Khodari is also involved in the construction of roads and bridges, railways, buildings, and infrastructure. |
