Raytheon, Pannesma Form Defense Joint Venture
| July 11, 2012 – Raytheon Company has formed a joint venture with Pannesma Company, a subsidiary of Atheeb Trading Co. Ltd. and Nesma Holding Co. Ltd., to support Raytheon’s command, control, communications, computer, and intelligence (C4I) business in Saudi Arabia. The joint venture agreement follows more than 20 years of business collaboration between the two companies. Once the new company begins operations later this year, Raytheon hopes to provide more capable and reliable C4I systems to defense customers in the Middle East. |
