NCB Buys HP Servers
July 7, 2010 – The National Commercial Bank (NCB) recently purchased a new Information Technology Data Center to improve the bank’s hardware infrastructure from Hewlett Packard (HP). NCB will install two HP NonStop S7800 systems with 16 processors, HP Superdome systems, and HP industry-standard servers. The contract, which also includes a three year support agreement, is expected to reduce ownership costs, provide better security, and enhance overall performance of NCB’s banking services.
