Bahara Cables Receives ISO Certification
July 6, 2010 – Bahara Cables Co. (Bahara Cables), a subsidiary of Saudi Binladin Group, recently received certification by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for its range of medium voltage and high voltage cables that run up to 132 kilovolts. This ISO certification is the first awarded to a Saudi company in the field of electric cable manufacturing. American Systems Registrar, the organization that assessed Bahara Cables’ compliance with international standards, found its products to meet ISO standards in terms of quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management.
