Ali Alturki Forms Joint Venture with W.R. Grace
June 15, 2010 - Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons Co. has formed a joint venture with U.S. company Grace Construction Products, an operating segment of W.R. Grace & Co. The joint venture, Grace Saudi Arabia LLC, plans to open two manufacturing facilities in 2010, with one in Dammam and another in Jeddah. Both factories will produce concrete admixtures that improve the durability and working properties of concrete used in commercial, institutional, and residential construction and will also manufacture the additives used in cement processing to improve energy efficiency and enhance the characteristics of finished cement.
