Dabbagh and Greif to Open Packaging Factory
June 14, 2010 – National Scientific Company, a subsidiary of Dabbagh Group Holding Co., Ltd., recently announced an agreement with U.S. firm Greif, Inc., a provider of industrial packaging services, to open a polymers factory in Saudi Arabia. The new partnership will be a 50:50 joint venture managed by Greif’s subsidiary in the Kingdom. The companies plan to open a factory to produce flexible intermediate bulk containers created from petrochemical polymers which are used for shipping pharmaceuticals and foodstuffs.
