Riyad Capital to Advise Saudi National Medical Care Company
May 10, 2010 – The Saudi National Medical Care Company (NMC) has appointed Riyad Capital to act as financial advisor and manager of its initial public offering. Director General of NMC, Dr. Othman Abahussien, said the company was planning to expand. Established in 2003, the NMC was formed from the integration of secondary hospitals across Saudi Arabia.
