March 19, 2008 – Olayan Food Services Company (OFSC), a subsidiary of the Olayan Group, has signed an agreement with Radiant Systems for the provision of technology solutions in Burger King® restaurants throughout the Middle East. The Olayan Group and the Burger King Corporation have been partners since 1992, when Olayan opened the first Burger King® restaurant in Riyadh. The Group now owns and operates more than 200 restaurants throughout the region. In recent years, Radiant Systems has become a leading provider of business technology solutions. The company has deployed its hardware and software to more than 85,000 restaurants, retail stores, cinemas, and convenience stores across more than 100 companies.
